Rain Falls

Rain falls evident

Droplets swim across sediment

Flows into Earth

The ground will quench its thirst

Trickles down to rocky pores

Still absorbs

And drifts around underground

Without a sound

And yet we waste

And pollute this place

Now some are sick

Or without a lick

But we waste no time

And spend some dimes

To bring these droplets up above

And hydrate the things we love

What happen when the drops run out

And the world has a drought

This we will wait and see

While the misfortune rest in Peace
